These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 999zs online platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications, products, tools and services offered under the 999zs brand (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the 999zs Platform regardless of location, device type or method of access. Where specific jurisdictional terms apply, they are stated explicitly within the relevant section of this document or in a supplementary addendum made available on the Platform.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the 999zs Platform is strictly restricted. By registering an Account, you represent, warrant and confirm that all of the following eligibility conditions are met and remain met for the duration of your use of the Platform:

3.1 Age Requirement

You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Underage gambling is prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage and to suspend or close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not prohibited by any applicable law, court order, regulation or other restriction from using gambling services.

3.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 999zs does not represent that its Services are legal in all jurisdictions. In particular, Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Users in Pakistan access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities.

3.5 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Process

To use the full range of Services on the 999zs Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. All registration fields must be completed truthfully.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Operator cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify the Operator immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. Contact our support team via the live chat on the Platform.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

The Operator is required to verify the identity and age of account holders before processing withdrawals and, in some circumstances, before allowing continued use of the Platform. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership;
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested to satisfy AML or KYC obligations.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.

Your use of the 999zs Platform is subject to the following general terms, which apply at all times regardless of the specific Service being used:

• You may use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Operator.
• You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, including those relating to gambling, data protection, intellectual property or financial services.
• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or available at all times.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify any part of the Platform at any time and without prior notice, including for maintenance, security or compliance reasons.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, data-mining tools or other artificial means to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• You are responsible for the device, software and internet connection you use to access the Platform. The Operator accepts no liability for any loss arising from network failures, hardware malfunctions or software issues on your end.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, along with available payment methods and any applicable processing fees, are detailed in the Payments section of the Platform and may change from time to time.

References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on the Platform are for contextual familiarity only. They do not represent endorsement by those institutions of the Platform or any gambling service, nor do they guarantee that those methods are currently available or supported.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Successful completion of KYC verification;
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds as published on the Platform;
• Compliance with applicable AML procedures, which may require documentation of the source of funds;
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus balances must be satisfied before the relevant bonus winnings can be withdrawn;
• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same method used for the original deposit, subject to method availability and operator policy.

6.3 Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method selected, the Operator's internal review procedures and applicable AML checks. The Operator does not guarantee specific withdrawal speeds. Any timeframes communicated are estimates and not contractual commitments.

6.4 Currency

Account balances and transaction histories are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the default unit for user convenience. The Operator is not responsible for any currency conversion costs or foreign exchange fluctuations that may affect the PKR equivalent of transactions processed in other currencies.

The Operator may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, reload offers and other promotional incentives. All promotional offers are subject to the following general principles, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering multiplier, qualifying games and minimum odds restrictions will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, per device and per IP address, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and the winnings derived from them expire after a defined period if wagering requirements are not met. The expiry period is stated in each promotion.
• Illustrative Figures: Any bonus amounts described on this or any other page of the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative examples. Actual entitlement depends on deposit amount, eligibility criteria and the specific promotion's terms at the time of claim.
• Right to Withdraw: The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to void any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or violation of these Terms.
• Good Faith Use: Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment purposes. Use of bonuses in a manner designed to exploit their structure — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets or using low-risk strategies to clear wagering requirements — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

All bets and wagers placed on the 999zs Platform are subject to the following rules and to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published elsewhere on the Platform:

8.1 Bet Placement

A bet is only accepted and confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding transaction appears in your account activity log. The Operator is not liable for bets that were not successfully confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors or insufficient balance at the time of placement.

8.2 Odds

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and may be changed to fractional or American format in account settings where available. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed and confirmed. The Operator reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to void or re-settle bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

8.3 Cricket & Sports Markets

For PSL, ICC tournament, T20 international and domestic Pakistan cricket markets, settlement is determined according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, rain interruption or other extraordinary circumstances, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply as published in the sport-specific rules section of the Platform.

8.4 Casino & Live Games

Casino and live dealer games are provided by third-party technology suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by live game mechanics, as applicable. The Operator accepts no liability for technical malfunctions, network interruptions or connectivity failures that affect the outcome of a game session.

8.5 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, the Operator's records shall be treated as the primary source of truth. Any complaint must be submitted to the support team within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. Complaints submitted outside this period may not be accepted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999zs Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, including with variant personal details;
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime through the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to achieve an unfair outcome in a game or market;
• Using technical exploits, software vulnerabilities, bots or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Sharing insider information or using privileged information to place bets — commonly referred to as "match-fixing" related conduct;
• Abusing bonuses, promotions or referral schemes through coordinated account creation or artificial wagering activity;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or cooling-off restrictions by registering new accounts;
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages or interferes with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.

The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short, defined break from the Platform without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude your account from the Platform. During self-exclusion, you will not receive promotional communications and your account will be restricted from play.

All content on the 999zs Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, data compilations, game interfaces and any other material, is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform;
• Use 999zs trademarks, logos or brand assets in any manner without prior written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.

Without limiting the generality of the above, the Operator does not accept liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• Errors or omissions in the content of the Platform;
• Interruptions to or unavailability of the Platform;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from third-party actions, system failures or force majeure events;
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where gambling is restricted or prohibited.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team via the live chat on the Platform. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and all active wagering requirements on bonus balances must be addressed in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

13.2 Termination by the Operator

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other financial crime;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening or harmful to the Operator or other users;
• Where continued operation of the Account would expose the Operator to legal or regulatory risk;
• As required by applicable law, court order or regulatory direction.

Where an Account is closed by the Operator for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of applicable KYC procedures.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as specified in the Operator's licensing documentation. Users from Pakistan should note that this jurisdiction may differ from Pakistan.

In the event of any dispute between you and the Operator, you agree to first contact our support team to attempt an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may refer the dispute to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under the Operator's licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform — for example, by displaying a notification upon login or publishing an updated version of this document with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The version number and effective date at the top of this document will indicate whether the Terms have been updated since your last visit.
